With decades of experience in the equestrian industry, Ben Leathers is one of the South East's most respected coaches, offering expert training for riders and horses across all levels and disciplines.
Known for his calm, approachable, and results-driven coaching style, Ben combines extensive technical knowledge with a practical understanding of horse and rider partnerships. His coaching focuses on developing confidence, improving performance, and helping each combination achieve its full potential, whether their goals are grassroots competition, eventing, show jumping, dressage, or simply becoming a more effective rider.
Based at Homelands Equestrian in Partridge Green, West Sussex, Ben trains and competes his own horses in Eventing and Show Jumping while delivering high-quality coaching and training programmes for riders throughout the region. Homelands Equestrian also offers professional schooling, competition preparation, clinics, and a first-class livery service within a supportive and friendly environment.
As a British Horse Society Stage 5 Performance Coach and British Eventing Accredited Coach, Ben is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience to help riders build stronger partnerships with their horses and reach their individual goals.
